ABOUT #EWCON

#EWCON is where worship leaders, pastors, and creatives can make space to be inspired and refreshed. Ministry is hard. We can become stagnant and forget to dream. But God doesn’t want us to live there. We believe that God is calling us to greater things for ourselves, our churches, and the people we serve.

Behind the services, lights, and rehearsals is a very real God. It is when we reach the end of ourselves that we step into the greater story that God has for us. Where we are less focused on the moments we are creating and more focused on the culture we are crafting.

At #EWCON, you won’t find “how-to’s” or instructional classes. We don’t want you to leave with another to-do list, instead we want you to be challenged and encouraged. We are offering leaders two days to pause. Where you don’t have to build a set list or lead a song but get to hear from leaders and visionaries in the Church who do exactly what you do every week.

Our aim is not to create spiritual-highs but to simply join in the song that Heaven has been singing for eternity.

Where struggle finds rest.

Sorrow finds joy.

Where reality finds inspiration.

Our desire is to look back on our stories and see a journey that doesn’t make sense apart from God.
